Absolutely! In the Contact Us (/contact-us)page send us your request along with your order number and attach your custom logo or design file, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, we do. We work with businesses and organizations to provide bulk and wholesale orders. Submit your ideas or requests via our Contact Us (/contact-us)page and we can provide a quote.

Can I change my engraving or details after ordering? We start working on your order quickly.  - Changes may be possible within 2 hours of placing your order.  - After that, we usually can’t edit or cancel, since materials may already be in use. Because each item is customized to your preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

If we make an error (wrong name, date, design, or color from what you ordered), we’ll make it right. We may: - remake the item, or  - offer a refund or store credit,  depending on the situation. Contact Us(/contact-us)

If your order appears damaged at pickup, please contact us the same day with clear photos of: - the product, and - the packaging. We’ll review your case and work on a solution. As of April 2026, customer pickup is the only delivery method we offer. We document each finished product and its condition at pickup. No shipping or handling is currently provided.
